Resetting a Forgotten Password

Resetting your password can be done from our sign-in page. Once here, please click on Forgot your password?  

You will be prompted to enter the email associated with your account so we can email you a link to reset your password. 

After entering in your email, you will see this pop up: 


Resetting Password While Signed In

If you'd like to reset your password while you're signed in, you can do so by from the Settings tab of your profile. 

Once you've entered this page, you can select to change your password. Doing so will bring up the following screen:

Please note that you will need to know your current password in order to change it on this page. After entering and confirming your new password, select Change Password to complete this change. 


Whitelisting 

If you are not receiving our emails, we encourage you to look up how to whitelist our domain based on your Gmail or Yahoo account to ensure that you don't miss any of our special offers and updates.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I don’t get the password reset email? 

  1. Please check your junk/spam folder. 
  2. You may have used Google or Apple sign-in to create your account, so you'll need to use this option each time you sign-in.  
  3.  If you know that you did not sign up using the Google or Apple sign-in option, and you are not receiving our email within 5 minutes (even after whitelisting our domain), please contact our support team so we can look in to this further. 

What if I forget my password while signed in?

Since you need to know your current password to update it while signed in, you'll need to log out and select the Forgot your password? option from the sign-in screen and follow the instructions.
